Cam Mills is the founder and driving force behind Old North Group — a creative brand collective proudly rooted in North Carolina. With a mind wired for strategy and a heart pulled toward craftsmanship, Cam blends business sense with creative clarity to help build brands that feel connected, lasting, and true.

Before starting Old North Group, Cam worked across two of North Carolina’s most defining arenas: agriculture and public service. He gained early experience at one of the nation’s largest agricultural companies, working in the state’s top industry and learning firsthand what it takes to grow something with real roots. Later, he served in public service and politics under Congressman Richard Hudson — the highest-ranking Republican U.S. House member in North Carolina history — covering central North Carolina, working directly with constituents and key stakeholders. Cam remains deeply involved in politics today, continuing to support the communities and causes that shaped him.

A former college football player at Wingate University, where he studied Sport Management, Cam also worked for a small business incubator during college — an experience that deepened his passion for entrepreneurship and helping ideas take shape.
